Brrr! Winter frocked biscuits
At the recent WAND Frock Market we served some fun biscuits dressed up for winter. Making yummy home-made biscuits and icing them with fondant paste is a really easy and traditional pastime for cold days indoors especially good for amusing the kids when they’ve come in from sledging, snowballing or falling over on the ice!
The biscuits are really simple to make and the marshmallow icing is fabulous as you can make the fondant in small batches of lots of colours

Old Frocks, Christmas Crafts & tea!
Women’s Action Network Dorset (WAND) are hosting another Frock Market together with a Christmas Crafts Fair on 26th November at the Corn Exchange. Vintage Dorset will be there to show off our vintage crockery hire but even more importantly – to provide tea and cakes for the day. Vintage tea, cakes and shopping – what more can an old fashioned girl ask for?
There will be a raffle (of course!) and lots of Christmas crafts as well as an opportunity to bring along that dress that is just a bit too tight and swap it for someone else’s! I will definitely be on the lookout for a vintage frock for Christmas parties!
